Tangible Products
All tangible products (books) are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your book purchase for any reason and your book is in like-new condition, you may return your book within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a receipt or paid invoice.
The refund will be issued using the same method the payment was made (PayPal or credit card).
Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.
Services
- One-time services (these services may include but are not limited to coaching, strategic action plans, and VIP days) – due to the nature of these services, no refund will be issued. All sales are final.
- A client that is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session will be billed for the entire time of the session.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we require a 24 hour notice in order for you to receive full credit for the upcoming session.
- Recurring services (these services may include but are not limited to mastermind, group coaching and one on one coaching) – a refund will be issued only if the purchaser decides to drop out before the end of the first 30 days of the program. The refund will be issued using the same method the payment was made (PayPal or credit card) If at any point, for any reason, coaching is discontinued, client’s refund will be calculated as follows: The hours that client has used will be charged at the a la carte rate of $300/hr. Heartlight Partners logs hours when they are used.
