What Would A Coaching Session Look Like? How Does It Work?

Your coach follows a professional coaching model that uses a proven process to determine where you are, where you want to be and the most effective path to get you there. Here is an example of what you might expect will happen:
  1. You complete a Snapshot Form to help the coach gain immediate clarity about where you are at right now.
  2. Review of Snapshot form and further details drawn out and direction agreed to.
  3. Core values addressed (is your business vision in line with who you truly and are and what you want in life?)
  4. Supporting belief systems (do they align with your values and your vision)
  5.  Visioning work and Goals clearly identified (this could include a Journey Plan for your business)
  6.  Success model application.
  7. Ongoing action steps and accountability

Am I Suitable for Business Coaching?

This is an excellent question to ask, because some people just are not! Here are some questions to ask yourself:
  1. Do I own a Business or am I about to start up a business?
  2. Am I a keen learner?
  3.  Am I open to another way of thinking if it will help me achieve my goals?
  4. Do I (or will I) provide a product or service that will positively benefit my customers and clients?
  5. Do I care about my customers, clients and all those who work for me or contract to me?
  6.  Do I accept and acknowledge that working on me will directly reflect in my business?
  7. Do I agree that life balance is important for me to achieve everything I want from life, including what I desire to achieve with and through my business?
  8. Am I committed to my success? WHY?
  9. Do I accept that to achieve my dreams in business, I need to include other people at some point, probably earlier rather than later (eg. Professional Mastermind Groups, Professional Experts, etc.)
  10.  Am I committed to my success
  • Time wise?
  • Financially?
  • Emotionally? (Level of effort I am willing to put in, in order to get the results I want.)
